Our Story
StoneBrook was founded on a simple premise: that accredited investors deserve access to institutional-quality real estate without institutional minimums.
The firm was established to bridge the gap between retail real estate investing — characterized by misaligned incentives, opaque fee structures, and speculative assumptions — and the disciplined, research-driven approach employed by institutional capital allocators managing pension, endowment, and sovereign wealth funds.
